Meat chunks or fillings are massaged and marinated by flipping up and down, colliding and hitting each other in a drum. This process helps the marinade to be fully absorbed by the meat, enhancing its binding and elasticity, and improving the taste and cross-sectional effect of the product.
The whole machine is made of stainless steel, with a compact structure. The two ends of the drum are equipped with a spinning type sealing cap structure, which increases the wrestling space inside the drum, making the rolling effect of the product uniform, with low noise and reliable performance.
